Why is Curb Appeal So Important When Selling Your Home?

​The first thing prospective home buyers see when approaching your home (even before they get to the front door), is the driveway and front walk. The key to maximizing curb appeal is to make sure that these areas are not an eyesore. Cracked and damaged walkways and driveways can be dangerous, causing falls and damaging tires; improving this area of a home will add beauty and increase safety and most importantly, makes it easier to sell you home.​
